Found in the oils of coniferous pines and other plants, pinene is one of the most potent terpenes present in cannabis. Known primarily for its anti-inflammatory properties, pinene has also been shown to act as an agent for promoting memory retention, enhancing concentration, and reducing anxiety (1)(2).

Expertise in Business, Market, and Product
Many "experts" in the cannabis industry have some experience in a facet of the business and may be able to recite a few quickly Google-able statistics but will often lack any in-depth knowledge about either the product or its users. We feel that it is of utmost importance to not only be experts about the business, but to respect the plant and its consumers to become experts on those as well.
As long-time advocates in the space, we believe that there is tremendous potential in cannabis to enrich lives and add value to society. Our goal is to partner with like-minded individuals to utilize our unique expertise to make a positive impact for all involved.
David Ham
Based in the Greater New York region, David previously served as Director of Insights and Analytics at a leading multi-state operating cannabis company, where he guided corporate strategy through market research driven by over 10 years of experience in and around the cannabis industry. His accomplishments include the implementation of internal key performance indicator tracking and the overhaul of the retail footprint strategy in key markets like New York State. Having personally visited over 200 dispensaries and dozens of facilities across the nation, David possesses a rare level of industry knowledge.
Prior to his work in the cannabis space, David worked for 4 years in risk management at an options trading firm in downtown Manhattan and taught high school math and SAT prep courses.
David has a BA in Mathematics from Boston College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Rutgers Business School, where he founded the Investing Club and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
